Shannon Zenk selected as Fellow for UIC Institute for Health Research and Policy Faculty
The Institute for Health Research and Policy (IHRP), one of UIC’s larger research institutes, recognized faculty from departments throughout campus for their commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing complex scientific questions about relevant health issues facing our nation today such as the obesity epidemic, tobacco use, health disparities, diabetes, and cancer.Nurse Faculty Scholar, Shannon Zenk, was named among these faculty for the 2010-2011 year.
