Dr. Brody, an assistant professor and associate director at the Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing at the NYU College of Nursing is one of just 12 nursing educators from across the country to win a prestigious grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Nurse Faculty Scholars program this year. He will be studying community-based dementia care.

American Nurses Foundation launched e-tools, interactive website to aid nurses in providing PTSD care to veterans; Nancy Hanrahan, RWJF NFS alum and Associate Professor at UPenn's School of Nursing, led the project at the university. The PTSD toolkit was highlighted in a White House fact sheet as an innovative way to address veterans' mental health.
